Yoga in its essence is not just an exercise, but a way of life. With regular practice, you find your understanding changes and opens up. You become more tolerant, more understanding, less aggressive and less stressed. Yoga brings peace and ease where there has been unease.

About the Classes:
Our classes welcome people of all ages with varying skill levels and experience. All necessary supplies are provided, including mats, blocks, and belts, but students are welcome to bring their own or purchase them here. Walk-ins are welcome. Punch cards for the purchase of ten classes are available at a discounted rate.
About the Instructor:
Piera found yoga after years instructing and participating in other group fitness activities. It wasn't until she started a consistent practice that she really understood the benefits that yoga could offer. She is certified in Yoga by Yoga Alliance with over 200 hours of training and in excess of 1000 hours of teaching and also has training and certifications in Pilates. Yoga has become such a strong positive force in her life and she loves sharing it. Teaching allows her to share her passion and give back to others. Her goal is to create a warm and nurturing, yet physically challenging class setting so students can get in touch with what they need to get in touch with, and let go of what they need to let go of so they can heal and grow.
